Crawler Harvester RG130EVO: A High-Capacity Multi-Crop Combine for Modern Farming
When I talk with farmers about a crawler combine harvester, I do not start with horsepower.
I start with the field.
Is the field large or small? Is the soil dry, soft, or wet? What crops are you harvesting? How much grain do you expect to collect? How often do you need to unload? And, perhaps most importantly, how much work do you need the machine to complete during a short harvesting season?
These questions matter because a combine harvester is not just another tractor with a cutting attachment. It is a complete harvesting system. The machine has to cut the crop, feed it, thresh it, separate the grain, clean it, store it, and finally unload it. If one part of that process slows down, the whole harvesting operation can suffer.
This is why I pay close attention to the Crawler Harvester RG130EVO.
The LOVOL RG130EVO is designed as a professional crawler combine for medium and large farming operations. LOVOL describes it as a high-capacity, multi-crop harvesting machine suitable for rice, wheat, soybeans, grain corn, sunflower, sorghum, millet and other crops. Its crawler chassis is designed for wet fields and soft terrain, while its larger header, feeding system, grain tank and unloading system are intended for higher-output harvesting work.
At Ganglong Heavy Industry Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd., we supply agricultural machinery together with construction machinery, mining machinery and matching attachments. Through Hefei Ganglong International Trade Co., Ltd., our international trade team works with customers across Asia, Africa, America and other regions.
So when a customer asks me about an RG130EVO Crawler Combine Harvester, I look at more than the product brochure. I want to know what the customer will harvest, where the machine will work, what configuration is needed, and how the machine will be prepared for international delivery.
The LOVOL RG130EVO is a self-propelled crawler-type, full-feed combine harvester. In simple words, it is a tracked harvesting machine that can complete several major harvesting steps in one pass.
LOVOL positions the RG130EVO for medium and large plot operations. Its current overseas product pages describe it as a high-capacity, multi-crop harvesting solution. The machine is listed for rice, wheat, soybeans, grain corn, sunflower, sorghum and millet.
One of the first things I notice is the 2.8 m header. That is considerably wider than the smaller crawler combine configurations in the same product family. The published RG130EVO data also lists a 7 kg/s feeding rate and a 2.2 m³ grain tank.
That combination tells us something important: the RG130EVO is designed around higher harvesting output.
LOVOL's current Philippines and South Africa product pages list 130 PS engine power, a 2,800 mm header, 2.2 m³ grain tank, 0.6–0.9 hm²/h working efficiency, 4,500 kg total weight, 25 L/s unloading speed and a 240 L fuel tank.
LOVOL's Mexico page provides additional technical details and lists a Quanchai water-cooled turbocharged engine with a nominal power of 128.2 HP, a 2,800 mm rotary cutter, a 620 × 2,210 mm threshing drum, and a 900–5,000 mm unloading-height range.
There is also an important configuration difference in LOVOL's published materials. A recent LOVOL product catalog lists RG130EVO configurations with 3,790–4,000 kg weight and a 2.2 m³ grain tank, while the RG130EVO AC version is listed at 4,500 kg. This is why I always confirm the actual configuration before preparing an international quotation.

A modern combine harvester looks complicated from the outside, but the basic working idea is actually quite easy to understand.
The machine first needs to take the crop from the field. The header cuts and gathers the crop and sends it into the feeding system. The crop then enters the threshing section, where the grain is separated from the stalks and other plant material.
After that comes cleaning.
The cleaning system separates usable grain from lighter unwanted material. The cleaned grain is moved into the grain tank, while the machine continues moving through the field.
When the grain tank needs to be emptied, the unloading system transfers the harvested grain into a suitable receiving vehicle or container.
So the complete process looks something like this:
Cutting: The header cuts and gathers the standing crop.
Feeding: The harvested material enters the machine.
Threshing: Grain is separated from the harvested plant.
Separation: Remaining crop material is separated from the grain.
Cleaning: Unwanted material is removed from the harvested grain.
Collection: Grain is stored temporarily in the grain tank.
Unloading: Grain is transferred out of the machine.
This is why I always describe the RG130EVO as a complete harvesting system rather than simply a rice Cutting machine.
LOVOL's technical information highlights a 620 mm diameter and 2,210 mm long threshing drum for the RG130EVO. The company's product materials describe the extended drum as part of its approach to cleaner threshing and separation across different crops.
Of course, machine settings still matter. Crop moisture, crop density, working speed and field conditions can all affect harvesting results. Even a well-designed combine needs to be operated according to the actual crop.
That is something I always tell customers: the machine gives you the tools, but the operator and field conditions still determine how those tools are used.
The crawler system is one of the defining features of the RG130EVO.
When a combine harvester works on soft or wet ground, ground contact becomes a serious issue. A machine that loses traction or sinks too deeply can waste time, damage the field and make harvesting much harder.
The RG130EVO uses a wide-track crawler system. Current LOVOL overseas product pages specify a 600 mm wide track and describe the crawler design as suitable for wet fields and soft terrain.
LOVOL's product catalog lists a minimum ground clearance of 350 mm and crawler ground contact pressure of no more than 20 kPa for the RG130EVO family. The catalog also lists a 1,350 mm track gauge and 600 mm track width for the RG130EVO configuration.
| Chassis Feature | RG130EVO Published Data | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Chassis type | Self-propelled crawler | Designed for field mobility on soft and wet terrain |
| Track width | 600 mm | Wide-track configuration for field stability |
| Minimum ground clearance | 350 mm | Provides clearance under the machine |
| Ground contact pressure | ≤20 kPa | Supports lower-pressure field travel |
| Track gauge | 1,350 mm | Published crawler chassis dimension |
| Track pitch | 90 mm | Part of the crawler running system |
| Track pitch number | 59 | Published crawler specification |

There is no need to exaggerate what a crawler can do. It does not mean the machine can work in every kind of mud or on every slope. Deep mud, hidden obstacles, steep terrain, crop conditions and operator experience still matter.
What the crawler design does provide is a chassis intended to maintain better ground contact and field mobility in conditions where ordinary wheeled machinery may face more difficulty.
For rice farmers, this is especially relevant. A paddy field can change dramatically after rain or irrigation. A harvesting machine has to deal with the field that exists, not the field we wish existed.
The 2,800 mm header is one of the most noticeable features of the RG130EVO.
A wider header allows the machine to cover more crop in each pass. For medium and large farms, this can help reduce the number of passes required across a field.
LOVOL's product materials identify the header as a rotary cutter with an eccentric-finger reel and a reel diameter of 900 mm.
LOVOL also states that the 2.8 m rice and wheat header can be used with different crops, while crop-specific harvesting requires the appropriate header and threshing configuration.
The published feeding rate is 7 kg/s.
This is an important figure because the feeding system is the bridge between the header and the threshing system. If the crop enters too slowly, the harvesting system cannot use its full potential. If the crop load becomes too high, the machine may be overloaded.
Again, this number should be treated as a published machine specification, not as a guaranteed field output. Actual performance depends on the crop and operating conditions.
The RG130EVO uses a large threshing drum with a published diameter of 620 mm and length of 2,210 mm. LOVOL describes the long drum as supporting cleaner threshing and more complete separation across different crops.
For me, this is an important design point because multi-crop harvesting requires flexibility. Rice, wheat, soybeans and corn do not behave exactly the same way inside a combine.
The threshing system therefore needs enough working area and adjustment range to handle different crop conditions.
The published RG130EVO grain tank capacity is 2.2 m³.
A larger grain tank can reduce the frequency of unloading during continuous harvesting. That becomes especially useful when the receiving truck or trailer is working alongside the combine and the two machines need to stay coordinated.
LOVOL also highlights high-level grain unloading on the RG130EVO, with a published unloading height reaching approximately 5.2 m in its product catalog.
The current LOVOL Philippines, South Africa and Mexico market data lists the RG130EVO unloading rate at 25 L/s in the higher-capacity configuration.
Fast unloading is not just a nice feature. It helps reduce the time the combine spends waiting when the grain tank needs to be emptied.
| Harvesting System | Published RG130EVO Data | Practical Role |
|---|---|---|
| Header width | 2,800 mm | Handles a wider crop swath per pass |
| Reel diameter | 900 mm | Part of the crop gathering system |
| Feeding rate | 7 kg/s | Published crop feeding capacity |
| Threshing drum | 620 × 2,210 mm | Provides the main threshing and separation area |
| Grain tank | 2.2 m³ | Temporary grain storage during harvesting |
| Unloading rate | 25 L/s | Supports faster grain transfer |
| Unloading height | Up to about 5.2 m in published catalog data | Allows unloading into different receiving vehicles |

I think the multi-crop capability is one of the strongest practical ideas behind the RG130EVO.
Farmers do not always grow one crop forever. A commercial farm may harvest rice during one season and wheat, soybeans or corn during another. Agricultural contractors may also move between farms with different crop requirements.
LOVOL currently lists the RG130EVO for rice, wheat, soybeans, grain corn, sunflower, sorghum and millet. Its 2026 international materials also highlight the machine's ability to handle rice, wheat, soybeans and corn with appropriate harvesting equipment.
Rice is one of the main applications for a crawler combine. Wet paddy fields can benefit from the wide-track chassis, while the integrated harvesting system handles cutting, threshing, cleaning and grain collection.
Wheat harvesting is another important application. The wide header and higher feeding capacity are useful when a customer needs more harvesting output across medium and large plots.
Soybeans require careful adjustment because crop height, moisture and plant structure can vary. The multi-crop design gives the operator a platform that can be adapted for suitable soybean harvesting applications.
LOVOL also lists grain corn among the RG130EVO's applications. The actual header and crop setup should be confirmed before ordering because corn harvesting can require different equipment and settings from rice or wheat.
LOVOL's international product information also lists sunflower, sorghum and millet. This wider crop range is useful for farms that need one combine platform for several seasonal crops.
Still, I would not tell a buyer that every crop can be harvested with exactly the same settings. That is not how combine harvesting works. Crop-specific equipment and adjustment remain important.
When a customer is choosing a LOVOL crawler combine, it is useful to understand how the RG130EVO fits into the wider RG EVO family.
The published LOVOL catalog lists the RG102EVO and RG130EVO with different power, feeding, header and grain-storage configurations. The comparison below is based on the published catalog values and is intended to explain the product positioning rather than declare one machine suitable for every application.

The difference is fairly easy to understand.
The RG130EVO is the larger machine in this comparison. It has a wider header, higher feeding capacity, longer threshing drum and larger grain tank. That makes it more suitable to consider when the farm or harvesting contractor needs higher throughput.
The RG102EVO, meanwhile, is positioned for smaller and medium-sized plots and has a more compact harvesting configuration.
Which one should a customer select? I would base that decision on field size, crop yield, required daily output, transport conditions and budget rather than simply choosing the machine with the larger number.
A combine harvester is not a machine that runs for five minutes and then goes back to the workshop.
During harvest season, the operator may spend many hours inside the machine. That makes the working environment important.
LOVOL describes the RG130EVO as having a spacious, vibration-damped cab with intuitive controls and 360-degree visibility on its current overseas product pages.
I like this direction because operator comfort is not just about luxury.
Good visibility helps the operator see the crop and field ahead. Straightforward controls make it easier to manage the machine during a long working day. Lower vibration can make continuous operation less tiring.
The exact cab equipment can vary according to configuration and market, so I would always confirm whether features such as air conditioning or specific cab options are included in the quotation.
For an international customer, this detail is worth confirming early. A machine that works perfectly in one climate may need a different cab or equipment package for another region.
Supplying a large crawler combine internationally involves much more than sending a product name and price.
Before we arrange an order, I want to understand what the machine will actually be used for.
We first discuss the crop, farm size, field conditions, expected yield, destination country and required quantity.
If the customer mainly harvests rice in wet paddy fields, the crawler configuration becomes especially important. If the customer harvests several dryland crops, we need to discuss the appropriate header and harvesting setup.
We confirm the actual RG130EVO configuration available for the destination market. This can include engine specification, header width, grain tank, crawler configuration, cab equipment and other relevant options.
This step is important because current LOVOL international pages and catalogs show that specifications can differ between configurations. For example, published materials show different overall weights and dimensions for different RG130EVO versions.
Before shipment, we can arrange checks on the engine, hydraulic system, electrical system, crawler system, harvesting functions, attachments and required documents.
For a large agricultural machine traveling overseas, I consider this an important part of the order process.
Complete agricultural machines are generally transported by sea for international orders. Before loading, the machine is properly secured and prepared for transportation.
Loose accessories and suitable spare parts can be packed separately in cartons or wooden cases according to the shipping requirements.
International orders are commonly arranged by T/T, with a deposit before order processing and the balance before shipment. Exact payment terms are agreed between both parties.
The preparation period depends on the selected configuration, order quantity, machine availability, inspection requirements and shipping schedule. Rather than giving every customer the same delivery time, we confirm the actual arrangement for each order.
There is an important distinction I want to make clear.

That is how we prefer to handle an agricultural machinery order as well.
The RG130EVO is a LOVOL professional crawler combine harvester designed for medium and large farming operations. It is a self-propelled, full-feed crawler machine designed for multi-crop harvesting.
LOVOL lists rice, wheat, soybeans, grain corn, sunflower, sorghum and millet among its crop applications. Crop-specific headers and harvesting settings should be confirmed for the intended application.
Current LOVOL overseas product pages list the RG130EVO at 130 PS. LOVOL Mexico's specification page lists a nominal power of 128.2 HP for its Quanchai engine configuration. The exact specification should be confirmed according to the destination market.
The published feeding rate is 7 kg/s.
The RG130EVO is published with a 2,800 mm header configuration. LOVOL's product materials also describe the 2.8 m header as suitable for rice, wheat, beans and corn applications with the appropriate setup.
The published higher-capacity RG130EVO configuration has a 2.2 m³ grain tank.
LOVOL publishes a 620 mm diameter and 2,210 mm length for the RG130EVO threshing drum.
The machine uses a wide crawler system, and LOVOL specifically describes the 600 mm track configuration as suitable for wet fields and soft terrain. Actual field performance still depends on soil condition, water depth, terrain and operator technique.
Current LOVOL regional product pages list a working efficiency of approximately 0.6–0.9 hm²/h. Actual output depends on crop density, moisture, field layout, working speed, unloading arrangements and operator settings.
The current LOVOL Philippines, South Africa and Mexico product information lists a 25 L/s unloading rate for the higher-capacity RG130EVO configuration.
Yes. Ganglong's international trade team can arrange overseas supply. Complete agricultural machines are generally shipped by sea, while suitable smaller spare parts and accessories may be shipped by air or express.
Yes. We can arrange checks covering the engine, hydraulic system, electrical system, crawler system, harvesting functions, accessories and required documents according to the agreed inspection scope.
There is no single fixed lead time for every order. Preparation depends on the selected configuration, machine availability, quantity, inspection and shipping schedule. The final delivery arrangement is confirmed according to the specific order.
When I look at the Crawler Harvester RG130EVO, I see a machine designed around higher-output harvesting rather than simply adding more horsepower.
The 130 PS-class power system, 7 kg/s feeding rate, 2.8 m header, 620 × 2,210 mm threshing drum and 2.2 m³ grain tank all point toward a combine built for medium and large farming operations. The wide crawler system also gives it a clear role in wet fields and soft terrain.
Its multi-crop capability is another practical advantage. Rice, wheat, soybeans, grain corn, sunflower, sorghum and millet are all listed in LOVOL's international product information, although the correct header, settings and configuration still need to be confirmed for each crop.
For me, that is the right way to look at agricultural machinery.
Do not buy a combine just because one number looks impressive.
Look at the complete job.
What crop are you harvesting? How large is the farm? How wet is the soil? How much grain needs to be harvested each day? What type of transport vehicle will receive the grain? What configuration is available in your country?
Once those questions are clear, the machine specification becomes much easier to understand.
For customers looking for a LOVOL RG130EVO Crawler Harvester, RG130EVO Crawler Combine Harvester, 130HP Crawler Harvester or Multi-Crop Crawler Combine, Ganglong can help coordinate model confirmation, configuration, inspection, export preparation and international delivery.
The goal is simple: put the right harvesting machine into the right field, with the right configuration, and make the purchasing process as clear as possible from the first quotation to final shipment.
